John Nourzad directs GreenbergFarrow’s engineering divisions including civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A 25+ year industry veteran, Mr. Nourzad works to unify the firm’s overall engineering efforts for all of GreenbergFarrow’s eight offices.

Throughout his career, he has worked as a professional engineer on more than 3,000 commercial projects with a highly responsive, proactive approach. Working to understand client needs at the outset, Mr. Nourzad’s leadership helps create effective and consistent project delivery approaches punctuated by consistency, quality and responsiveness.

With his interaction with numerous clients, Mr. Nourzad leads national roll-out programs for a wide range of retailers by helping establish their program, procedures, specifications, work flow chart, project management and other elements. Based on his years of leadership and expertise, Mr. Nourzad builds roll-out programs from the ground up or by integrating needed engineering services into existing programs.

Mr. Nourzad’s client list includes Murphy Oil USA, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Kroger, Sunoco, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Wendy’s Burger King, Target, Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Circuit City and Tesoro Fuel.
