| A 20-plus
year industry veteran, Mr. Nourzad works to unify the
engineering efforts for GreenbergFarrow firmwide by
directing the firm’s civil, mechanical, electrical
and plumbing engineering divisions.
As a key element to GreenbergFarrow’s Collective
Design Intelligence approach, Mr. Nourzad's engineering
teams are brought into the early planning stages of
projects to determine whether a site is workable, determine
layout and remediate existing conditions. He ensures
that every project’s infrastructure challenges
are addressed and resolved before construction begins
so that all resources are working together toward a
thoughtful and intelligent plan.
Prior to joining GreenbergFarrow in 2005, Mr. Nourzad
earned national notoriety by co-founding and building
CEI Engineering into a 230-person civil engineering
firm with nine offices across the country.
Throughout his career, he has worked as a professional
engineer on more than 3,000 commercial projects for
clients including Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s,
Kohl’s, Sam’s, Kroger, Sunoco and Murphy
Oil USA. Mr. Nourzad is registered as a professional
engineer in more than 40 states and is a member of the
National Society of Professional Engineers and the American
Society of Civil Engineers. He is a graduate of Oklahoma
State University, earning both a bachelor's degree and
a master's degree in civil engineering.
As part of GreenbergFarrow’s leadership and Board
of Directors, Nourzad also contributes to strategic
decisions about GreenbergFarrow’s growth and development.
