Clifford offers unparalleled expertise with over 20
years of design and development experience of retail,
mixed-use, residential and office projects. As principal
of GreenbergFarrow’s planning department, Mr.
Clifford ensures that clients have the required information
and insights they need to make the correct development
decisions.
Clients turn to Mr. Clifford to solve their most complicated
issues from preliminary concept development to site
analysis to master planning. By combining his engineering
experience with his design instinct, he develops innovative
solutions. Equal to his understanding of architecture
and engineering is his extensive background in real
estate financials, tenant and landlord programs, and
operational issues: all essential elements in creating
viable, large-scale urban and suburban retail projects
that satisfy all parties involved.
Prior to this role in founding and leading GreenbergFarrow’s
planning practice, Mr. Clifford started and grew the
development services division to 125 employees in eight
offices. Additionally, Mr. Clifford is a member of the
Board of Directors and participates in significant aspects
of the firm’s management.
In addition to providing his insight in helping clients
develop large-scale developments ranging from retail
to mixed-use, including complicated urban sights, Mr.
Clifford also is credited with creating and tailoring
national development services programs for clients such
as IKEA, The Home Depot, Whole Foods Market, Kohl’s
and numerous others.
