As Principal, Development Services, Mr. Thompson oversees clients with national retail roll-out programs. The value of Mr. Thompson’s leadership is due in part to 30+ years of experience as an architect and planner who has overseen a wide variety of retail, institutional and housing projects. He has a broad understanding of social, cultural, economic, real estate and government influences on development.

Integrating this knowledge and experience into the project process, Mr. Thompson facilitates client relationship with a transparent collaborative process so the entire team moves forward together. This valuable consultation occurs as the client begins new projects so that development priorities are established. This seamless quality has been a hallmark of the firm’s long-standing client relationship program.

In his role, Mr. Thompson also integrates his extensive background in customized information technology applications such as GreenbergFarrow’s ProjecTrac®. This application is a custom online application that enables clients’ access to all project data in real time including schedules, project statistics and key documents.

Mr. Thompson is responsible for all development services clients including The Home Depot, Gap Inc., Whole Foods Market, Public Storage and BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Mr. Thompson is a member of the AIA and has a Bachelor of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters in Environmental Design from Yale University.
