contain over 1 million square feet of leasable space on a mere
16.8 acres. The challenge included configuring numerous, visible
access points and to clearly communicate entrances, parking
and retailer locations. The plan also calls for an esplanade,
riverfront park and parking for over 2,300 vehicles. |
