GreenbergFarrow is helping Kohl’s, a national department store retailer, with development services and their goal of increasing their prominence throughout the United States. Assisting with standardizing their development services program and systems, GreenbergFarrow also is providing front-end development services including site planning, preliminary site assessments, entitlements, overall development assistance and civil engineering services. At any given time, there are approximately 130 active multi-story, stand-alone and shopping center projects.
