Helping build IKEA’s expansion in North America, GreenbergFarrow developed a customized roll-out program specific to the Swedish retailers’ growth markets. GreenbergFarrow provides development services, architectural services and civil engineering services for new IKEA store locations. Through a national agreement, GreenbergFarrow also assists through a number of services including scheduling, implementation, site planning, preliminary site assessments, lease and purchase agreements review, full entitlements approvals packages, cost estimating, prototype designs, budgets and signage studies. To date, GreenbergFarrow has assisted with the development of over 20 stores in as many states. Store square footages range from 280,000 square feet to over 350,000 sf.
