GreenbergFarrow has been an integral component in the growth and development of The Home Depot national building program since the first store in 1979. Since the start, GreenbergFarrow first created the unique field of site development services and helped The Home Depot develop a national roll-out program. Other services in this 25+ year history has included site selection and site development consulting services, building design and prototype management, due diligence, contract documents and permitting and construction administration.

In addition to the traditional big box suburban locations, GreenbergFarrow has been at the forefront of urban vertical retail and, specific to The Home Depot, successfully implemented two stores in Manhattan as well as other more nontraditional design solutions in other markets.
