| Primary sustainable
elements include the use of a solar hot water heating system
and the use of water saving fixtures for a 40 percent reduction
in water use. Regional materials were used to mitigate transportation
issues and low-emitting materials were incorporated across a
broad range of materials. "Gray water" systems are
used for landscaping as this project is pursuing LEED certification. |
