| Primary sustainable
elements include high efficiency building envelope systems for
the walls and roof including high performance glazing. For the
interior of the building, high efficiency lighting, heating
and cooling systems are being utilized among other initiatives
while this project pursues LEED certification. GreenbergFarrow
also is assisting tenants including the Jonas Bronck Academy
with additional sustainble design elements. |
