| For this potential
LEED silver project, GreenbergFarrow is examining water conservation
sustainability through the use of captured stormwater and the
diversion of construction waste from landfill. Other building
elements include a high degree of recycled content utilized,
use of FSC certified wood and the use of low emitting materials.
The situation of the building on the site is being carefully
planned to maximize the existing urban infrastructure to reduce
the heat island effect. |
