delivered Uniqlo's first U.S. location, and world flagship store,
in record time to a historic building in Soho. Located at 546
Broadway between Prince and Spring streets, the 36,000-square-foot,
warehouse-style outlet is the world's largest Uniqlo store and
the largest single-brand fashion store in Soho. Completing the
store in eight months on a fast-track basis, GreenbergFarrow
coordinated all aspects of the project delivery, including interpreting
design sketches from Uniglo's architect, development and, ultimately,
construction documents. The project required full-scale renovation
of a century-old, landmarked building into the store's new modern
aesthetic. |
