| When completed
in 2011, Sunset Marketplace will be a unique 1.8 million square
foot, mixed-use development incorporating a historically preserved
loft building, originally constructed in 1916, and 790,000 square
feet of new construction. The historic portion of the development
will house light industrial and commercial space on the upper
floors and retail on the lower levels. The 350,000-square-foot
parking garage is designed to accommodate 1,100 vehicles. The
project is registered for LEED® Gold and incorporates
industrial aesthetic elements to maintain the contextual integrity
of the district in which it is located. |
