a mixed-use development, GreenbergFarrow has studied numerous
options to convert this early 1900s-era structure. The repositioning
of Kingsbridge includes a large multi-use sports facility, a
public library, a public auditorium, a theater, new business
space and a community activity space. Additionally, the development
would include private spaces such as a home improvement store,
a large supermarket, a multiplex movie theater, a bookstore
and small-scale retail spaces. Located at 29 West Kingsbridge
Road, The Kingsbridge Armory was originally constructed between
1912 and 1917. |
