| East River Plaza
is a 500,000-square-foot retail center on five levels with an
adjacent seven-level parking garage for 1,250 cars. Separated
by an open-air gallery space with pedestrian walkways and bridges,
the first three retail levels include a cellar below grade to
house two big box retailers while the upper two levels will
be occupied by seven smaller users. The project site is situated
on portions of three city blocks and squeezes the entire program
onto a limited 6.3-acre site. |
