Bergen Mall
Conceived as an open mall in 1957 and later converted in 1972 to an enclosed mall, Vornado Realty Trust hired GreenbergFarrow as the architects of record for the renovation/expansion of the existing facility. The existing façade will be replaced to contiguously match the new expansion areas including two anchors, a Target and a renovated Century 21, a Whole Foods and a parking garage. The interior renovation of the mall will include new entrance courts, a new double height concourse with additional skylight areas and improvements to store fronts overall. After its completion in 2008, the Bergen Town Center will help deliver a new identity to the area.
