| Maximizing retail
at a major intersection in Midtown Atlanta, GreenbergFarrow
was retained by Jamestown Properties to design a three-story
addition to 999 Peachtree. The project includes proposed renovations
to the existing tower base and facade to create 50,000 square
feet of prime flagship retail. Not only will this help reposition
and keep 999 Peachtree as a premier office building, it also
will help continue the development of Midtown Mile as a true
urban retail district. |
