delivered Tokyo-based Uniqlo’s first U.S. location and
world flagship store in record time to a landmarked historic
building in SoHo. Located at 546 Broadway between Prince and
Spring streets, the 36,000-square-foot store is the world’s
largest Uniqlo and the largest single-brand fashion store in
SoHo. Completing the store in eight months on a fast-track basis,
GreenbergFarrow coordinated all aspects of the project delivery,
including interpreting design sketches from Uniqlo’s architect,
development and construction documents. The project required
full-scale renovation of a century-old, landmarked building
into the store’s new modern aesthetic. |
