| Orchard at Stone
Creek is a uniquely themed “agro-modern” lifestyle
center in Southern California. It is designed to recall the
turn-of-the-century citrus fruit industry in the same region.
To do so, the design incorporates materials such as simple wood
slat-sided barns, distressed corrugated metals and era-specific
graphic billboards and signage. The development integrates an
existing creek along the projects eastern property line and
at completion; this phased project will contain a host of retail,
restaurants and in-line configurations throughout the 50 acres. |
