| M West, a mixed-use retail/residential
community in Atlanta, GA, is located at the center of the Northwest
Corridor – an emerging, mixed-use redevelopment zone.
The community features 183 loft-style town homes and approximately
10,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities include a clubhouse
with a fitness center, two parks, a ten-acre nature preserve
and walking trails. Because M West is forging a new path into
an industrial area, the design team chose contemporary styling
for the architecture to establish a powerful new tone for the
emerging neighborhood. |
