The Langston is a public-private initiative developed under
New York City’s Cornerstone Program situated on a steeply-sloped
street network. The Langston totals 255,800 square feet including
180 condominiums occupying 204,000 square feet, 37,600 square
feet of retail lease space over two levels, a landscaped courtyard
and an accessory parking facility. The project rises 11 floors
above and a setback of the top two levels provides special terraced
penthouse units. GreenbergFarrow was charged with both interior
and exterior design. |
