| Located at the
intersection of East Fordham Road and Webster Avenue, in New
York City’s third-largest retail corridor, Fordham Place
will be converted from single-tenant use to multi-level retail
and commercial office use. To improve retail opportunities,
street-level display windows will be re-opened to make the space
more appealing to smaller retailers. And, to maximize added
commercial and retail uses, numerous floors are being added
totaling 90,000 square feet of space. This will be done while
reusing as much of the existing structure as possible. |
