corner of Broadway and Sherman Avenue, across from Fort Tyron
Park, this adaptive re-use project transforms a site once used
as garage space into a 400,000 square foot mixed-use structure.
Ultimately, the project will contain 50,000 square feet of retail
space, a 150,000-square-foot residential tower, 120,000 square
feet of office/community facilities and a parking garage. Working
with PA/Acadia, GreenbergFarrow is providing planning and architecture
services. Tenants include the NYPD and the Housing Preservation
