| For three separate
residential projects, GreenbergFarrow also designed their sales
centers. Located a few blocks from each project site, the sales
centers for the residential buildings (also designed by GreenbergFarrow)
were created to mimic the design of their related residential
building. To help patrons appreciate the details and design
of the yet-to-be-completed projects, the details, finishes and
materials found in the residential building were carried forward
into the sales centers. Visitors were first greeted with a model
of the new building, strategically positioned along the retail
window front. As they continued into the space, they experienced
models for the lobby, bathroom and kitchen as well as flooring,
wall coverings, lighting and fixtures. The spaces also had offices
for private meeting with potential buyers. |
