delivered Uniqlo’s first U.S. location, and world flagship
store, in record time to a historic building in Soho. The 36,000-square-foot,
warehouse-style outlet was completed in eight months on a fast-track
basis. GreenbergFarrow coordinated all aspects of the project
delivery, including interpreting design sketches from Uniqlo’s
architect, development and, ultimately, construction documents.
The project required full-scale renovation of a century-old,
land-marked building into the store’s new modern aesthetic. |
