25 acres adjacent to JFK International Airport, AMB International
Airport Center is a business center with over 500,000 square
feet of purpose-built, high-bay storage and office space housed
within four principle structures. The project included extensive
infrastructure work incorporating site utilities, roadway, parking
and security elements. In addition to conventional architectural
design, GreenbergFarrow provided extensive due diligence and
site planning services early in this project since it required
approvals from local, state, and federal authorities. |
