Corporate Center, Allstate Insurance Claims Center for the Southern
California Region was designed as a three story office building
to provide future internal flexibilities within the insurance
industry. The two and three story steel frame office buildings
are constructed with an articulated EIFS veneer system and high
performance reflective glazing. An adjacent three story concrete
parking structure is articulated in the same manner as the adjacent
office building. The project program required an un-interruptible
power source and, therefore, an independent power generator
needed to be integrated into the project design. |
